Welcome to KeyPing.Pro. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KeyPing.Pro platform, website, digital valet management system, AI strategy tools, and all related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by KeyPing.Pro ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Services ÔÇö whether as a venue operator, event organizer, hospitality business, or end-user guest ÔÇö you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.
KeyPing.Pro is a B2B platform. Our primary clients are event organizers, venues, and hospitality businesses. These Terms apply to both our business clients and the end-users (guests) whose parking experience is managed through our platform on behalf of those clients.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use KeyPing.Pro's Services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Our Services are provided exclusively for lawful valet parking management, event logistics, and related hospitality operations. You agree to use KeyPing.Pro only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
You must not misuse our Services. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
KeyPing.Pro provides a suite of digital valet management tools designed to eliminate paper-based parking systems and deliver a seamless guest experience. Our core features include:
Guests scan a custom QR code at the valet stand for instant, paperless vehicle check-in ÔÇö no app download required.
Digital claim checks are delivered instantly via WhatsApp or SMS ÔÇö secure, eco-friendly, and impossible to lose.
Our Gemini-powered AI tool generates complete event parking and hospitality strategies in seconds based on your event details.
Guests request their car ahead of time with a simple tap on WhatsApp ÔÇö no sign-in, no app downloads, so the car is ready at the porch with zero waiting.
Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and the specific configuration deployed by the event organizer or venue. KeyPing.Pro reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice to registered clients.
Business clients (venues, event organizers, hospitality operators) must register for an account to access KeyPing.Pro's management dashboard. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
KeyPing.Pro shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
End-user guests interact with KeyPing.Pro through QR code scan flows and WhatsApp/SMS channels deployed by our business clients. Guests do not need to create an account. By submitting vehicle information via these channels, guests agree to these Terms as applicable to their limited interaction with the platform.
Business clients are billed according to the agreed pricing plan. All fees are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice.
This version of KeyPing.Pro does not include any guest-facing payments, tipping, or pre-payment options. No card or payment details are collected or stored from guests.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as specified in a separate service agreement.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance written notice to existing clients.
KeyPing.Pro does not process any payments from guests. For any questions about your business subscription or invoices, please contact us at support@keyping.pro within 14 days of the invoice date.
KeyPing.Pro provides a digital management platform and technology solution. We are not a valet parking operator, vehicle custodian, or transportation service. The physical handling of vehicles is the sole responsibility of the event operator, venue, or their designated valet staff.
Our platform creates digital, time-stamped records of vehicle handling ÔÇö including license plate logs, QR scan events, check-in and retrieval timestamps ÔÇö to support our clients' liability documentation. However, KeyPing.Pro does not assume liability for:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KeyPing.Pro's total liability to any party for any claim arising from the use of our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that party to KeyPing.Pro in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
The AI-powered event parking strategy feature is provided as a planning aid only. Outputs generated by the Gemini-powered tool are not professional legal, logistical, or operational advice. Event organizers are responsible for verifying and implementing any AI-generated strategy.
All content, software, branding, design elements, and technology underlying KeyPing.Pro ÔÇö including but not limited to our QR workflow system, dashboard interface, AI integration, and WhatsApp messaging architecture ÔÇö are the exclusive intellectual property of KeyPing.Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
We grant business clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use KeyPing.Pro solely for their internal event operations during the term of their service agreement. This license does not permit resale, sublicensing, or modification of any platform component.
Your use of KeyPing.Pro involves the collection and processing of personal data, limited to the guest vehicle information needed to issue a private digital token. KeyPing.Pro does not store guest phone numbers or personal data. How we handle this information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
KeyPing.Pro integrates with third-party platforms to deliver its Services. Your use of these integrated services is also subject to their respective terms and conditions:
KeyPing.Pro is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms of each integrated service before use.
Business clients may terminate their KeyPing.Pro account at any time by providing written notice as specified in their service agreement. Any fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We will handle any retained data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of KeyPing.Pro's Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
For clients operating in jurisdictions with specific consumer protection or data protection legislation (such as GDPR in the EU), the terms of any applicable Data Processing Agreement or jurisdiction-specific addendum shall take precedence over conflicting provisions of these general Terms.
